Guaranteed reservation  

• Your reservation can be guaranteed by indicating your credit card number and it’s expire date or by payment in advance (not later than 24 h before your arrival).

• A non-guaranteed reservation remains valid till 18:00 on the day of your arrival. If the guest fails to arrive until 18:00 the hotel may offer the reserved room to another person.

• The guaranteed reservation may be cancelled until 18:00 on the day of your arrival without any penalties.

• If the guaranteed reservation is cancelled after 18:00 on the expected day of arrival or the guest fails to inform the hotel about the cancellation the hotel is entitled to retain the payment for one night stay in the hotel.

Group reservations

• If you have planned to book more than 10 guest rooms of any class or your group is at lease of 15 persons, please call to the hotel +371 634 20102 or e-mail to reservations@liva.lv. Group reservations receive lower rates!  

For legal entities

• If the reservation is made by a legal entity (company, authority) and it expects that the hotel services would be used from time to time we offer to conclude a special agreement. For detailed information, please, send your e-mail to marketing@liva.lv.   

Payment

• Bank transfer

• Credit card (VISA, Maestro Card, MasterCard, American Express)

• Cash (LVL, EUR). If payment is made in EUR remaining amount will be given in LVL.

Check-in and check-out time

• Check-in from 14:00

• Check-out form 12:00  

Please inform us about early check-in or late check-out when making your reservation.

• Early check-in from 8:00, additional payment EUR 10,00

• Late check-out till 18:00, additional payment EUR 10.00

Parking

• The hotel offers parking lot with video surveillance in hotel yard (economy and economy plus class rooms extra fee, for the rest of room categories free of charge).

• Available free car parking place in the front of hotel, permission ticket needs to be taken from hotel reception.

Laundry

• Available laundry services (fast and good quality).

Children

• Children till 6 years of age sleeping in baby cot or with parents and also breakfast - free of charge.
  
• Children from 6 - 12 years of age extra bed for 8Eur/night. Breakfast available for extra charge ( 3Euro per person).

Extre bed

• From 12 years age - adults, extra bed available for 15 Eur/night. Breakfast available for extra charge.

Pets

• Our hotel welcomes small to medium size pets, cats and dogs, coming together with our guests (with prior notification).

• Dogs must be kept on a lead when walking through the hotel.  

Smoking

• Smoking is allowed only in special hotel rooms for smokers or outside the hotel area.

Internet

• Free of cost wireless Internet is available in standard, business and business plus class rooms. Wireless internet in economy and economy plus class rooms is provided for extra fee.

Special hotel room

• A room for persons with reduced mobility is also available.

Rules of internal order

• Do not cause loud noises and disturb other guests.

• Do not damage hotel inventory. If you see that an item is damaged please inform our reception to avoid any misunderstandings.

• If damages are caused by the guest the guest shall compensate the amount of damages.

• It is not allowed to light candles in the room without prior consent of hotel reception administrator. Do not leave lighted candles unattended. Do not bring inflammable objects or chemicals in the hotel.

• For security reasons all visitors to guest room/-s after 11 p.m. are kindly required to register at the front desk. If the visitors are not registered at the front desk the guest is fully responsible for their visitors behavior.
