Hotel “Līva” is a standard class hotel in Liepāja with more than half a century of history.

Rules
- Check-in from 15:00
- Check-out until 12:00
- Early arrivals before 15:00 or late departures between 12:00 and 15:00 will be charged EUR 10
- Late check-out until 18:00 will be charged 50% of the room stay per night
- Early check-in before 08:00 or late check-outs after 18:00, 100% of the daily room rate will be charged
- Guests must be 18 years of age to reserve and check-in. A valid proof of identity is required (passport/ID card). Children under 18 years must be supervised by a parent or authorised person
- For guests who check out before the scheduled departure date, the amount paid for services not used will be refunded only if the guest has notified the reception at least one day before the scheduled departure time
- The maximum number of extra beds and baby cots varies depending on the room selected. Please check the details of the selected room or contact reception for the maximum number of guests. Number of extra beds or cots subject to availability
- Children under 6 years stay free of charge in a cot or with parents
- Extra bed from 7 years, EUR 30 per night. Breakfast extra charge
- Free private parking is possible at the front of the hotel (limited spaces, reservation is not needed)
- Free private parking is possible at the front of the property EUR 10.00 per night (spaces are limited, reservation is needed)
- Pets are allowed, EUR 15.00 per night. Please book in advance. Please note that pets are only allowed in the hotel when accompanied by their owner.
- If the room is found to be damaged, an additional charge will be applied based on the amount of damage
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in any part of the hotel. Smoking in the hotel premises will be subject to a fine of EUR 100.00
- The hotel has a mini bar in selected rooms, where a selection is available at an extra cost. If a guest leaves without paying for the mini-bar, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the mini-bar used
